PMO To Go provides Project Management methods and tools training to better enable Project Portfolio Management and Reporting, as well as better control over IT spending. Project Management training is based on the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
PMO To Go Facilitation, JAD, and JRP training are based on over 30 years of conducting facilitated sessions for major international enterprises.
A Project Management Framework examines project management in theory and practice and the roles and responsibilities of the project manager. The course provides a view of the SEI Capability Maturity Model of IT development processes as a guide to putting current project management practices in context.

Surveys by the Project Management Institute have shown that certified Project Management Professionals experience higher average earnings and hiring preferences worldwide. The course is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the six domains of Project Management competency.

This course examines project
management in theory and practice and the roles and responsibilities of the
project manager, as well as focusing on the canons of professional conduct
required by the profession for the Texas Professional Engineer (15 PDH including
the required 1 hour of ethics content).
