BA1: In Search of Excellent Requirements
(Gathering, Documenting, and Managing Requirements)
The objective of this seminar is to give attendees a tool kit of practices, reinforced with practice sessions and group discussions, that they can apply to improve the quality of the requirements development and requirements management processes in their organizations. (2 days)
BA2: Writing High Quality Requirements
The objective of this seminar is to give anyone performing the business analyst role on software or systems development projects more proficiency in specifying high quality requirements. (2 days).
