Services Summary
Provision of experienced and certified Project Managers (PMP), certified JAD session leaders, certified Project Management Instructors, certified software Quality Assurance analysts and specialists.
§ Software Process Assessments based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM).
§ Project Management Assessments based on current Project Management Maturity Models (PMMM).

The same level of executive and management guidance must be in place at the project level to ensure that scarce resources are used in the most effective manner possible and that projects will be completed on time and on budget while achieving the originally defined benefits.
